PTE Trial - Spring 2026 Customer Support Form

We’re pleased to confirm that the dropdown issue has been resolved, and the PTE Trial – Spring 2026 option is now visible. If you have an account from the previous research study or received a Welcome email, please log in to your account to book your test.

(Note that the PTE Trial - Spring 2026 is only available in the following two countries)



1) If you have taken part in a previous PTE research study then you can use the same account that you used before, and there is no need for you to wait for a new account to be created for you. Please sign in to the same PTE account as you used for the previous research study, and you will be able to see the PTE Trial - Spring 2026 as an option for booking a test. Note that you may need to reset your password first.

2) If you have taken a live PTE test in the past, but never taken part in a PTE research study, then we will need to create an alternate account for you using a different email address. Please wait for the "Welcome" email and then follow the instructions.

3) If you have never taken a live PTE test in the past, and have also never taken part in a PTE research study, 
then we will need to create an account for you. Please wait for the "Welcome" email and then follow the instructions. DO NOT create a new account on your own. 



1) If you find that the test centres in your area are fully booked please keep checking regularly as many test takers cancel their bookings, making spaces available.

2) If you see in the dropdown another two research studies with different names, you can go ahead and select either one. You will automatically be redirected to the correct test “PTE Trial - Spring 2026”.

3) If you are unable to view test centre locations on the booking page for India or Australia, please ensure that your browser cache has been cleared.

4) If this is your first time participating in the PTE research study, please first complete the sign up form, then wait for the Welcome email with further instructions - DO NOT create a new account on your own. 

5) Please note that if you cancel your booking and try to reschedule it after the recruitment for the research study is closed, then you will lose your booking. We will send out an email to all participants to alert them when the recruitment is closing.



Your voucher will be sent to you in approximately 8 weeks, after the research study has closed. The voucher will be in an email from noreply@tangocard.com, with the subject line “Your Reward is Here”. We will send you an email shortly before we send your voucher to alert you that your voucher will soon arrive. Please note that the voucher will be sent to the email address that you used to register for the research study. You should check your spam and junk folders and ensure that your email settings do not prevent you from receiving the voucher.
