Pearson Languages Integration Request Form

Before You Begin:

For courseware integrations, you should only complete this form after finishing the Integration Eligibility Check, which will indicate your recommended integration type.


For assessment (Versant) integrations, no eligibility check is required. We recommend reviewing the API documentation before submitting your request to prepare your development team.


This form does not determine eligibility. It collects the minimum information Pearson needs to complete internal configuration or begin your integration process.


What to expect: 

For Courseware (Pearson English Portal, MyEnglishLab)

• If your integration type is LTI 1.1 or API, you may proceed directly with this form.

• If your integration type is any LTI 1.3 variant, you must first complete the LMS pre-setup using your LMS-Specific Pearson Admin Guide. This setup generates technical values required to complete this form.

For Assessment (Versant)

• All integrations are API-based and can be requested directly through this form.


⏱ Estimated completion time: 10–15 minutes. 

 

After submission: 

• LTI 1.3 and LTI 1.1 (courseware): If the information provided is complete and accurate, you’ll receive confirmation within 5 business days once Pearson’s internal configuration is complete.

• API (courseware or Versant): A Pearson integrations coordinator will reach out to begin a guided implementation project.

LTI 1.3 Configuration Parameters
Enter the technical values generated during your LMS pre-setup (Client ID, Issuer, Deployment ID, etc.). These are required for Pearson to complete your LTI 1.3 configuration. If you are migrating from an existing LTI 1.1 integration, you’ll also be asked for your current Pearson Consumer Key.








API Integration Parameters
Describe your intended user experience and confirm technical readiness. Submitting this section triggers an API integration project with a Pearson Integrations Coordinator, who will guide you through discovery and implementation.
