ELL Courseware Integration Request Form

Before You Begin 

You should only complete this form after finishing the Integration Eligibility Check, where you’d received your recommended integration type. 

This form does not determine eligibility. It collects the minimum information Pearson needs to complete internal configuration or begin your integration process. 

What to expect: 

  • If your integration type is LTI 1.1, you may proceed directly with this form. 

  • If your integration type is any LTI 1.3 variant, you must first complete the LMS pre-setup using your LMS-Specific Pearson Admin Guide. This setup generates technical values you’ll enter here. 

  • If your integration type is API, this form starts an integration project. A Pearson integrations coordinator will contact you to begin discovery and scoping. 

⏱ Estimated completion time: 10–15 minutes. 

 

After submission: 

  • LTI 1.3: You’ll receive confirmation within 3-5 business days once Pearson’s internal configuration is complete. You can then test your integration. 

  • LTI 1.1: You’ll receive credentials and next steps within 3–5 business days. 

  • API: A Pearson integrations coordinator will reach out to begin a guided implementation project.

Tell us about your organization, Pearson platform, and recommended integration type. This information is used to route your request internally.










LTI 1.3 Configuration Parameters

Enter the technical values generated during your LMS pre-setup (Client ID, Issuer, Deployment ID, etc.). These are required for Pearson to complete your LTI configuration. 

If you are migrating from LTI 1.1, you’ll also be asked for your existing Pearson Consumer Key.









API Integration Parameters
Describe your intended user experience and confirm technical readiness. Submitting this section triggers an API integration project with a Pearson Integrations Coordinator, who will guide you through discovery and implementation.

Provide the student product name(s) and ISBN(s) for auto-activation setup. This section is repeatable, add multiple products as needed by selecting “Add another response”.
