Please carefully review the following terms and conditions as these will form our legally binding contract with you upon centre and qualification approval. By submitting this application for approval, you agree to these terms and conditions.

I understand that this arrangement is subject to review and if quality is not maintained, or resources cannot be identified subsequently, certificates may not be issued and/ or approval may be withdrawn for the arrangement. 

Additionally, for this arrangement our centre confirms: 

a. We will fulfil the responsibilities of the Lead Centre, acting as the main point of contact with Pearson for this exceptional collaborative arrangement. 
b. We will ensure that recruitment has been conducted within the lead centre processes and with integrity.  
c. We will ensure the delivery, assessment and quality assurance for each qualification being delivered and assessed meets JCQ regulations and Pearson requirements. 
d. We will appoint a Lead Internal Verifier for each qualification delivered within the arrangement, as appropriate. 
e. We will ensure that standardisation activities are completed by all staff undertaking formal assessment of learners within the arrangement. 
f. We will coordinate the quality assurance for each qualification being delivered and assessed in an exceptional collaborative arrangement, across all delivery sites. This includes coordinating an annual review of the quality of delivery and/or assessment for each qualification approved across the exceptional collaborative arrangement. The records and reviews will be made available to Pearson upon request. 
g. We will ensure that any required external assessments are conducted in strict accordance with Pearson and regulatory procedures. 
h. We will carry out regular monitoring, review, and evaluation of the exceptional collaborative operations, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. 
i. We will provide Pearson with access to any relevant materials or documents associated with this arrangement and will facilitate access to premises and learners for Pearson representatives as required. 
j. We will ensure that all learners are registered with the correct course code and registered under the correct delivery site at the lead centre. 
k. We will ensure learners are aware of the roles of the different providers and/or centres within the arrangement, such as registration and certification details. Certificates will show the details of the approved Pearson centre in the arrangement where registrations are made 
l. That all marketing and promotional materials for programmes that are delivered through such an arrangement are accurate and in line with Pearson guidelines.  
m. We will communicate any changes in the exceptional collaborative arrangement to Pearson and inform Pearson of any amendments that are required, regarding qualifications or centres/ partners within the arrangement. This includes informing Pearson if the arrangement is to be withdrawn or ended by any of the partners in the arrangement through the Pearson Support Portal. 
n. We acknowledge that Pearson reserves the right to withdraw this arrangement should any centre be subject to a level 3 sanction or above, or face sanctions from another awarding organisation—such as suspension of registration or certification, or if any member of the Senior Management Team or key staff has previously been employed at a centre where approval has been declined or withdrawn within the past two years. 
o. To the best of our knowledge, the information provided in these forms is accurate and complies fully with Pearson’s requirements.
